Instagram automations go beyond DM replies. Your agent can now start conversations from comments, stories, and the first tap in a thread.
What's New
- Comment-to-DM - When someone comments on a post or reel (a specific one, or any of them) with one of your keywords, send them a DM with your link. Optionally reply publicly under the comment
- Generate leads with stories - Reply to story reactions and replies with your link, filtered by specific words or reactions or all of them
- Story mentions - Send a thank-you DM when someone mentions your account in their story
- Conversation starters - Up to four tappable questions shown when someone opens a new DM thread, each with its own reply and optional link buttons
- AI intent matching - In keyword mode, also match DMs that mean the same thing as your keywords — "how much does it cost" matches pricing
- Ask for email - Your agent asks for an email address in the DM and saves it to the contact
- Instagram contacts - Everyone who DMs you, taps a link button, or replies to a story becomes a contact with their Instagram handle
How to Use It
- Go to Publish → Instagram
- Pick an automation, set its trigger and keywords, write the reply
- Click Go live
