6. Billing and Payments
Billing and payment processing for the Service is handled by Stripe, our merchant of record, through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe handles payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, refunds, and chargebacks on our behalf. The applicable payment terms are presented at checkout. 7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if your account remains inactive for an extended period, or if required by law. 8. Limitation of Liability

AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies, and you are responsible for reviewing chatbot outputs.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Agentkit operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
