Human takeover on Instagram no longer means opening the Instagram app. Pause the AI on a conversation and reply straight from Activity → Chat logs; the message is sent from your Instagram account.

How to Use It
- Open an Instagram conversation in Activity → Chat logs
- Click Pause AI
- Type your reply and send; click Resume AI when done
