Your agent can now search the live web during conversations, helping it answer questions that need current information or sources beyond its trained knowledge.
What's New
- Live web search - Look up fresh information when a visitor asks about something outside your agent's sources
- Source-backed answers - Include links to the pages used to answer the question
- Optional controls - Include images when useful and limit searches to trusted domains
Get Started
- Open your agent's Actions tab
- Click Add Action and select Web Search
- Configure when the agent should search and save the action
