A round of improvements to make Instagram automations convert better and easier to manage.
What's New
- Tappable button in the opening DM - Comment-to-DM now sends a real button; the link arrives when the person taps it, so the whole exchange stays in one thread
- Follow up if they don't click the link - A reminder a couple of hours after the link DM, only for people who neither tapped nor replied — link taps are tracked so nobody who clicked gets the reminder
- React to the reply with ❤️ - After your story-lead reply is sent, your account reacts to their story reply
- Follow up to re-engage - A DM follow-up for keyword and intent replies, now available across automations
- Whole-word keyword matching - "price" no longer matches "prices"; add the variants you want
- Comment-to-DM turns in Chat logs - The comment, the opening DM, and the link reply are recorded in the person's conversation
- Live previews - A phone mock on the automation page shows the exact messages, buttons, and starters as you edit
- Instagram in the navigation - Instagram gets its own entry in the agent sidebar

How to Use It
Add-ons live under Other things to automate on each automation. Turn one on, adjust its message, and click Go live.
