Your agent can now answer Instagram direct messages. Connect an Instagram professional account and every DM gets a reply written from your agent's training and the recent conversation.
What's New
- Instagram as a channel - Connect a Business or Creator account from Publish → Instagram
- AI replies with context - Each reply uses the agent's training plus the recent messages in that thread
- Conversations in Chat logs - Instagram threads appear alongside website and email conversations, with the contact's handle
- Human takeover - Pause the AI on any conversation, reply by hand, resume when you're done
- Pause the channel - Switch automatic replies off without disconnecting
How to Use It
- Open your agent's Publish tab and select Instagram
- Click Connect Instagram and sign in with your professional account
- Send the account a test DM from another account and watch the reply
