Stripe actions
Let verified customers view invoices and subscriptions, confirm plan changes, cancel, and update billing details.
Connect Stripe in Actions > Integrations. Enable JWT identity verification for your agent and provide a trusted Stripe customer mapping for each signed-in customer. A visitor typing an email address is not identity verification.
Available actions

Each action requires a paid plan. Choose the actions you need, configure them, save and enable them.
Permissions
Use a restricted Stripe key with the permissions requested by the connection form. Read actions need access to their customer, subscription, invoice and product data. Plan changes additionally require subscription write access and invoice write access for invoice previews. Updating billing details requires customer write access.
Confirming changes
Plan changes, cancellation and billing updates first produce a proposal. The customer must confirm before the change is applied. Expired proposals and proposals that no longer match the action's allowed settings cannot be applied.
Review the estimated invoice total and effective date. Stripe can charge immediately when changing billing intervals or moving from a free plan to a paid plan, even when proration is disabled. Usage-based charges may vary.
Cancellation follows your action's configured timing, immediately or at the end of the billing period. You can require a reason and disable cancellation altogether.
Limits
These actions operate on the verified customer's mapped Stripe customer. They do not accept a customer ID supplied in the conversation. Preview chat does not perform billing changes.
Payment-method collection and a Stripe billing portal session are not included. Use your own authenticated billing page for those tasks; never ask visitors to enter card details in chat.
